The staff was very friendly, we arrived early in the morning, they told us to send our things, because I didn't know the way so they took us out to have breakfast. They are very friendly and enthusiastic. room is clean and comfortable. The next day, they booked a bus for us to Hue. Really thank them. We will definitely come back

Very nice and sweet people running the hotel, not so much english spoken, but with translator was everything good to communicate. Very clean and nice rooms. I had a very good sleep after loooong travels.

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. We arrived at 8:00 am, they charged an additional 100,000 VND but that was not a problem because the room was very clean and worth it.

The room is nice and small and very clean. I like how they don't just come into my room to clean, they only clean when asked. The staff is always smiling and friendly. This 1-week vacation was great here
